Our community takes great pride in its family-friendly ambiance and is as well known for its community spirit as for its well-maintained homes and amenities. We have two playgrounds, a full-court basketball area, wooded areas with shady paths, and open spaces for community get-togethers.
Our marina on placid Old Man Creek has 21 boat slips, including a transient slip, as well as a launch ramp, racks for canoes and kayaks, and park benches for relaxation and enjoyment of a scenic view. Old Man Creek flows directly into the Magothy River and out to the Chesapeake Bay, providing a sheltered outlet for our recreational boaters.
